Who is responsible
[EDITOR NAME / COMPANY], [ADDRESS OR “address available on request”], contact: [registrar@DOMAIN].
What we collect
- The plea you type (no name is asked), your answer to the Registrar's question, and the verdict generated for them.
- A salted, daily-rotated hash of your IP address, used only to limit the number of pleas per day. We never store your IP address itself. It is deleted after 24 hours.
- No account, no email, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
Why
To provide the service you ask for: rule on your plea and display your certificate (performance of a contract), and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
Who processes it
- Anthropic PBC (United States) generates the verdict through its API. Under its commercial terms, API inputs are not used to train models and are kept for a limited period. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
- [CDN: Cloudflare, Inc., United States] sits in front of the site to protect it against attacks and to deliver its static files. It sees visitors’ IP addresses to do this. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
- [HOSTING PROVIDER: Contabo GmbH, Germany] hosts the site and its database. Server access logs keep only a shortened IP address (first three blocks) and are rotated automatically. Backups are kept for 14 days on the server and 30 days offline, so a deleted certificate disappears from them within 30 days.
Who can see it
Your certificate is public to anyone who has its link. If you ticked “show my plea”, the plea is shown on it. Certificates are not listed in search engines.
How long
Certificates are kept for 12 months after filing, then deleted, unless you delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, and complain to your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL). Delete your certificate from the browser that filed it, or write to us with your file number.
Age
The Registry is for people aged 16 and over.
